Information regarding the company, like branding, company assessments, facilities and such things. Unlike the traditional method of filling job applications as and when any vacancy arose and then going through the entire selection procedure, which was quite tiresome and time consuming, these recruitment agencies also maintain a database of prospective candidates and inform them when the career appropriate job vacancy comes up.

Since their inception, recruitment agencies have changed the face of the employment market. The recruitment process has become more transparent, easier and justified too!
